Basically, this is the thread where you post a video of someone squating/benching/deadlifting/etc something you find impressive or inspiring.

going by the description, this is not alot of weight but hopefully you will find it inspiring. john did his first competition in the bench press at the 2011 bc winter open and has cerebral palsey. i have trained with him and he certainly has the drive to succeed

I have a video of me doing full weighted dips with 3 plates strapped to me, 6 reps. Anyone else do that or more? I'm 5'9 162lbs.
