Vegas or Orlando for 2= $49?

http://www.edailyquest.com/?utm_source=uu519

discovered this! sounds a little too good to be true. can't find anything shady about the company. it's like $49 + some activation fee of $65. the only catch is you have book 90 days ahead of travel and fly from a U.S. airport. thinking of buying me one of these. thought i would share the good deal

Hotels in Vegas don't make money from people staying there, unless they are ballers in 5k/night rooms....they get you to the hotel with hopes of you shelling out tons of $ in the casino's and restaurants and all the stupid shit you can do in their hotel.

Couple friends went down for like $150 a person before

Found people discussing a similar deal through nextstagetravel.com on slickdeals.net. Didn't look into it myself but people on slickdeals say it's a scam... they rip you off on taxes. Probably wise to avoid this one.

2 Nights w/air-This certificate is redeemable for a reservation form, entitling you and a companion to roundtrip airfare from a selected international airport in the continental United States, plus 2 exciting nights of hotel accommodations based on double occupancy.
Locations Include: Las Vegas, Nevada; Orlando, Florida; Cancun, Mexico; Puerto Vallarta, Mexico; and Puerto Rico.
All travel requires a minimum of 90 days booking notice and must be completed within 12-months of the registration date that will be listed on your reservation form. Passengers must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license and a major credit card. At the time of booking your reservations, a reservation processing fee for pertinent fees and taxes of approximately US $150 per person, and any miscellaneous expenses where applicable, is required and payable to the fulfilling travel agency that will book your reservations. Once reservations are confirmed, a service fee will be levied for all changes, cancellations or no-shows, in addition to charges levied by the airline or travel service provider, if applicable. The fulfilling travel agency reserves the right to offer an alternate departure date. The recipient is responsible to pay for all expenses including, but not limited to: transfers, food, gratuities, and taxes. Accommodations are subject to availability at low season and off peak travel periods. Only one reservation form per household can be used in a 12-month period for this offer.
The cost to redeem this certificate to receive a reservation form is a one-time redemption fee of $65 for processing, postage and handling. To redeem this certificate, the customer goes to the Certificate Redemption Website. At that website the customer will enter in the Certificate ID# located at the bottom of the certificate to validate their certificate and to securely submit the redemption fee. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal are accepted. The customer will receive the reservation form by mail within 1-3 weeks after redeeming the certificate. Simple redemption instructions are clearly printed on the certificate.
Hmm...

I don't know if I can trust this as I got an email from these guys and I never signed up for anything
It's starting to sound like Delight Daily and how they scammed some people.

Plus you can get deals from allegiant for almost the same price if not for a little more but at least you can choose what hotel to stay in :P

Not sure if this is it or not, but my cousin bought one of those online coupon things a few months ago and got a flight to Vegas for $20. No hidden fees..

But if this $49 deal is for real, then that beats the $20 flight by a long shot..

$49 deal price + $65 redemption fee + up to $300 tax = $414 for 2 people

plus unknown hotel, travel restrictions, and minimum day requirements.

I'd suck if it's a shitty hotel off the strip

Who cares if its a shitty hotel off the strip. If $414 is the end price, without anymore additional hidden fees....just pretend it was a $200/per person air ticket.

good find with the hidden fees. i think in the end it is a little cheaper but you don't get a lot of options. most of the cost of the trip is airfare.

I have actually used this company. I went to Orlando. I flew out of Seattle. I stayed at a time share resort there with my girlfriend. They asked if we wanted to take a tour, but we opted not to. The voucher was $99 for me, not $49. I paid fees and taxes of about $225. So $325 total for that was more than fair. I will look them up again next year and see what they have.
