Exporting Outlook Contacts to Mobile Phone

Im wondering if it's possible to export all outlook contacts from my PC to my mobile phone.
The only problem is that none of the contacts are saved into the "Contacts" folder, I usually just type the first few letters of the recipient's email address and a list will pop up, ie. i type in "A" and all email addresses starting wtih "A" will show up...
is there any way to export these email addresses from PC to phone?? (It's a windows mpbile phones)

The addresses you're talking about is in the Autocomplete (.NK2) file. You can export them with the help of a utility: NK2Edit - http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/outlook_nk2_edit.html

This,

Also good idea to start actually adding these to your contact folder. Your NK2 file can get corrupted or you may have to restore your mailbox losing those autocomplete contacts.
