I had it as part of my stag last year... didn't even finish half of it. I swear it's more than 6lbs though... and it seems like a hell of a lot more food than that sushi roll.

I'm guessing the sushi roll would be more palatable than the burrito too...
I'm betting you had a severe case of swamp ass afterwards?

Then again, one can go to Samurai Sushi, order up a platter and that in itself is 6lbs.
For one thing, I don't eat California Rolls. I'm not 12. Plus that looks like the worst sushi I've ever seen.

And I'll do it if someone gets me a time machine and I can find 17 year old me. That guy might be able to do it.

Not worth it. I'd sooner fly myself to Japan and blow $300 at Tsukiji Market again.

I have a challenge that's better, and local.

Eat the Spicy Salmon Sashimi Don at Sushi Garden. Without breaking a sweat.
Mixed fully, without a single grain of rice left white.
I was on the verge on breaking a sweat.. and I eat spicy food regularly.

Just read your food blog, another good one to read.
BTW, if you don't do California rolls, how about a Balut challenge?

I do this quite often. Well, spicy tuna don. Their level of spicyness is inconsistent IMO.
