Vasectomies Guys: Have you had it done? What procedure did you use? Most importantly, how much did it hurt? All I want to do is bang bang bang. |
I'm not sure if the demographics here will have it done or not, however, i might be wrong. keep in mind, if you're a single bachelor, you can get it done and blast out empties HOWEVER, it takes about 1 yr to ensure it's fully empty. THIS doesn't mean you don't have to wear a condom, you can still get hiv, gonorrhea etc.... it means you'll still have to wrap it up. Now if you have a gf and a wife and don't want any more kids after ur 7th child, then yeah. |
i'm highly considering doing the operation |
It was pretty simple. The Doc froze it and made a couple of tiny cuts and did the job. No pain and only took a few minutes. The only think that I thought was kind of weird was the curtains for the big windows weren't closed and I'm sure anyone in the other tower beside us could look over and watch the operation. Better make absolutely sure that you and your significant other really want this. I don't think it would be as simple to reverse the procedure. |

and who was the doctor that did the operation? |
A friend at work showed me this video and honestly I would be kind of scared but I have had a number of friends that have had it done and it really made their lives better off with one less thing to worry about. Just want to put a warning on this video. It shows the whole procedure and it is scary lol https://no-scalpelvasectomy.com/nsv_video.html |

I don't remember the Doctor that did the operation but he was in the Fairmont Medical Building on Broadway. There's probably more than one in there though, sorry. |

Just think, after you've had a couple of kids, get a vasectomy and you can screw all you want without worrying about having more kids. Everything still works the same, just no more little spermies.:woot2: |
k seriously people if you're not going to contribute something worthwhile to this thread, don't post |
there should be little to no pain (drugs) and is a simple in and out procedure, usually you can go home the same day. |
You'll soon find out where the term "numbnuts" comes from. |
great, now i have this little pain in my groan area... kinda like the one you get where you watch somebody just completely bust there leg and bone sticks out of the leg... fml... |

Got snipped a couple hours ago... did not enjoy myself throughout the procedure. Am not enjoying myself now. :fuuuuu: I'm sure I'll be fine, but right now, this fucking sucks! Sorry to bump an old thread. :whine: |
two of my cousins and a friend all got it done...all in quite a bit of pain for a few days afterwards. anyone that didn't have pain, i'd check to make sure it was done at all lol just think how tender your balls are....not cut into them. you still think it's not going to hurt after? also i though they were reversible. one of the benefits (other than being WAY less invasive) than a woman getting her tubes tied |
I've been putting off getting this done. Wife and I are content with two healthy boys, so it's time. I think getting the snip is better/safe health wise than the wife being on pills or hormones. |
guys, check this out as an alternative. IUD basically its a contraceptive device inserted into the women's uterus. there are 2 different types and one last for 5 and other 10 years. totally reversible by taking it out. this is assuming your significant other is okay with it. |
are these things reversible? .. the vasectomies... always hear on team 1040 hahah... |

Super happy I did though! But definitely snip snip time now. |
i got a few buddies who have had it done and they don't regret it. nothing too horrific all things considered, obvious and hilarious soreness. but the one thing that sticks with me is he said you'll never forget the smell when they cauterize it. |

Yes. The smell. :ohgodwhy: |
Oh for fucks sakes man!!!! I'm usually fascinated by medical procedures but goddamn....did not need to know this beforehand. |
Make sure you follow up, my brother in law had it done didn't go back to get tested and now he has 4 kids instead of 3. :) |
