Sleep Masks

so, my blinds suck ass, and i tend to sleep a lot during the day. Where can I get a decent sleep mask locally? are there any special comfortable ones you guys would recommend or are they all generally the same as the cheapo crap ones they give you on flights?

Daiso, either first or second floor. It's on your left as you walk in from either level. Or if you're going back to HK anytime soon...easily found anywhere on the streets. You could try Parker Place too, lol.

That's too bad. When I worked nights I got a black out blanket thing that we put up over the blinds (it just attached to the railing the blinds came off of, you can even do this with a light blanket) and it worked a lot better than masks.

Your skin senses sun light even if your eyes don't. So this can interfere with your sleep even if your eyes are covered and prevent melatonin production and proper sleep cycling.
