no phone yet. right now the package is waiting for customs appeal

paypal has already sent this negative balance to a place called NCO collections. Will this show up on my credit report? I'm going to be so fucking mad if this messes with my beacon score

where did you mail the phone to? open it at post office, if its not the same phone, pay the guy a visit

ya i thought this would go to collections. i dont remember if it'll appear on your credit score or not. so what was the reason for PP siding with them on the complaint? depending on why you might be able to appeal or do something.

paypal said we have no control over what the credit card company decides its in our user agreement that if the credit card company decides in its customers favor it is too bad you have to pay i don't have a phone and i have to pay this is great :failed:

never using paypal again

Yep. Ebay bought PayPal a while back. They get paid twice. Their revenue from PayPal now far exceeds Ebay.
