Survey for school (1 min of time!)

Hey guys,

I'm curious if you guys could spare a minute of your time to complete a quick survey for my undergraduate thesis project.

Thanks!

Survey:

Edit: If you have any suggestions / features which aren't outlined in the survey which you think will be a good addition, please feel free to comment / suggest / criticize.

Edit 2: I'm out of "thanks", but I appreciate everyone who continues to do my survey. THANKS!

I think question number 4 is worded poorly.
"How much would you pay for a device that has the features you selected above?"

It should be, "How much do you think this device is worth?" or "how much do you think this device would cost"
Because, obviously the majority would pay less than $50 just because the average person wants to pay as little as they can.

np. you could still keep the original question though.
So how much is it worth and then how much would you pay. It might be interesting to see what people say.
But, i'm not sure what you're going for.

Anyways, good luck with the project.

Is this "motion mouse" similar to the product that was featured on a Dragons Den episode?

I'm not familiar with this. Do you have a link?

I'm pretty much trying to build and design a hardware-free mouse which relies on nothing but your hand gestures. Furthermore, a small wireless transceiver can be connected to the back of your hand (1 cm in size) for forced feedback

Done.

When you asked about features, I made it a point to mention accuracy.

Just a transceiver on the back of the hand would be prone to accuracy loss.
If you've ever used the MS Surface, you'll understand how even with smart gesture control, the accuracy doesn't even come close to using a mouse.
