Spray for cleaning white wheels quickly?

Does anyone know of any safe and good spray that you can use to clean brake dust off of white wheels, without damaging the paint?

Thanks in advance

Buying the bulk 5L from Ken is much cheaper in the long-run. You can dilute the 5L jug 1:1 for well-maintained wheels and get 10L of product!
