bulking up

it possible for asian guys to get big. i heard its genetics always get in the way
im 5 7 140 and want to bulk up to 165 and taking whey protein for 1 month so far and nothing much. any suggestions. i eat as much as i can too
should i buy some gainer too.

Learn how to lift weights. Eat Food. How fucking hard is it. What do you expect after 1 month? Come back in 6 months and THEN if you haven't noticed anything we can tell you how many things wrong your doing.

Let me say this again. Lift Heavy + Eat Food = Grow. Fuck.

Agree with Berz. I used to be 160ish before I started getting into lifting. I've managed to bulk to 215lbs. This was about 3+ years of lifting. I took 6 months off @ one point due to injury. A lot of trial and error on diet and training since I was a complete noob. If I knew what I know now on nutrition and training, I probably could've done it quicker. Just requires dedication. Don't get discouraged if you don't see immediate results. If you're doing things right, it will come.

Stick to whole foods as much as possible, use supplement where its needed.

lol im 5'7 went from 140 - 175 in about 8-10 months. my familys pretty small in genetics too so i dont really think its genetics. being 175 at this height looked weird so cut down to 160 which took months aswell. it was all natural too wooooo

yea man. i have been working out for 1 year and now I feel i noe what I am doing.
im no expert but i defs do take workin out seriously
1 month wont get you ronnie coleman huge
but in a couple months after you get ur form, diet! , and detication to a gym in check
you can get a weight gainer (serious mass or mutant mass) has worked good for me.

in the last 5 months i have put on 25-30 pounds

I'm not a huge guy but I know what it would take to get huge from reading and being here.

EAT MORE, but eat right. Dont eat fast food every other meal to get in those extra calories. Put in the work at the gym linked with a good diet and you WILL see results.

Genetics only has so much to do with it. Some ppl gain SUPER easy, others (like myself) have to work 5x harder. Its simple, your muscles are living organisms. If you're not feeding them enough, they wont grow.
