Er... don't we lose an hour in the spring time, and gain it back in the fall? So at 2am on Nov 4th, our clocks change back to 1am?

^ I remember it used to be before Halloween, but corporations were like, "We can make bank by making Halloween a little longer" in 2007 I think?

Whatever, keeps it lighter, longer for another week. Getting out of class when it's already dark is depressing.

InvisibleSoul 10-29-2012 09:50 AM

Sucks for the graveyard shift workers... have to work an extra hour!

Presto 10-29-2012 10:53 AM

I woke up this morning, looked at my clock, and it said 7:15, but it was friggin' dark out. I thought I bumped my clock an hour ahead when I set my alarm the night before. I confirmed the time was correct, so I ,begrudgingly, got up. I opened up Revscene, and saw this thread, and I was so excited I crapped myself, which worked out because I was on the can, but then another round of disappointment as I continued to read that the time change was happening next week. I'm alright with the time change.. get an extra hour of sleep and everything is well.
Somehow I like waking up when it's dark out

MG1 10-29-2012 01:12 PM

So, in a nut shell, change your clocks back one hour before going to bed this coming Saturday night. The official time change is at 2:00 am Sunday early morning.
