If u read it, after u get it fixed and inspected, the car can be put back onto the road, BUT it will have a rebuilt title on the registration. It won't effect ur insurance cost.
And no it's currently NOT insurable, u must fix it first.

^ Yup. Forgot to mention that the car also has a Racing Beat catback exhaust as well.
