If anyone is interested, Costco here has the Kaizen 2kg protein powder on sale for $38.99 until Jan 19/14. It is $10 off.
35g protein per scoop.
I have never tried this myself.

There are two kinds, "lean fit" or something and kaizen. It's vanilla, and pretty okay.. It's a very "clean" sort of protein powder i find.

I just this second unloaded a pallet of musclepharm combat protein off of the truck at my work (COSTCO RICHMOND) they are $44.99 not sure if other warehouses also have them
