And possibly the booking photographs.

that's such a slow process, get a lawyer.

baggdis300 03-22-2011 10:51 AM

im surprised OP didn't get one after filling the claim..

jackp0t 03-22-2011 11:12 AM

because the first police officer already reverse the tickets

still waiting for the other police officer to response

and u can still dispute the tickets in court even the 30 days have past(straight from icbc)
getting a lawyer is my last resort
(ive got a lawyer right now working on a different case and ive talk to her regarding this situation and she told me if i cant resolve it with icbc then she would help me)

So now you are telling us that the first Member has cancelled their tickets???? I'm outa here? Too many contradictions, too many changes, too many unanswered questions.

baggdis300 03-22-2011 10:44 PM

he had an appointment with one of the officers on monday

so that got reversed now he has to get ahold of the 2nd one?

how is that a contradiction?

I don't blame you - his story was pretty hard to follow, IMO...

For a 24hr and a 12hr, u only get ur lisence revoked for that period of time, plus possibly getting your car towed. Ive never heard of anyone ever getting finger printed or getting photographed for a 24hr.

Anyways shouldnt there be a plate # on a ticket, and couldnt icbc just determine if theres a link from the DL and the registered owner of the car?

Like Zulu said, this has been hard to follow. The 3rd post in the thread is by the OP, who said it was used while driving drunk. Maybe I tend to take things too literally, but that means an impaired driving charge to me, not just a 12 or 24 hour prohibition.

ummm....could it just be a failed attempt at discerning the crappy quality of the old DL??

my old bc license ( not the new cali looking one)..pic sucked..
