We are a team of inspired, passionate professionals who provide serious products for serious users, and are seeking a like-minded individual to join our team as a Marketing & Graphic Design Intern for a 3 to 4 month term.

Based out of our Burnaby corporate headquarters and reporting to the Marketing Services Manager, the Marketing & Graphic Design Intern will work with the Marketing Services team on a variety of projects.

If you are looking to get into the field of marketing or graphic design and gain some practical experience, this may be the role for you. Priority will be given to post-secondary students in a Marketing or Graphic Design program.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Graphic / Web Design (50%)
Manage Mustang’s media library including editing images, responding to image requests from the media, and ensuring up-to-date photos are uploaded to the website.
Assist with the production of technical manuals and packaging inserts.

Sponsorship Programs (25%)
Assist with organizing and filing sponsorship requests, and tracking sponsorship value for return on investment.

Dealer Support (25%)
Assist with delivering dealer-merchandising material to support our brand in-store and at dealer shows.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

•A strong team player who can multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
•Strong organization and coordination skills
•Ability to thrive in a continuously changing environment
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
