I remember watching this episode of cops a few years ago but couldn't find it anywhere with the original quality, I finally found the original video today and uploaded it for you guys!

This poor guy is scared to death and keeps calling the officer ''papi'', the officer keeps warning him to stop calling him that but he just wont quit calling him ''papi''. :)

it's funny how cops here don't even care if you're smoking marijuana here. They'll just tell you to throw it out or whatever. I've seen documentaries where cops just walk by junkies shooting up like it's nothing.

and yep, i love that about canada. Hell i got pulled over car smelt like marijuana, due to me having a little nug of some stanky trainwreck in the ashtray and he just made me through it into a bush and let me on my way with a tint fix it and too many passangers..I was really cooperative and truthfully answered all his questions. He was a REAL nice cop, i disputed the ticket and he didn't show up :fullofwin:
