So how is the car scene in Vic these days? Any of you still kicking around? I was back in town last week and heard people still congregate at timmy's on friday nights. Whats up with you all?

wb! i think the scene around here has died pretty well. but there are still some people out there. who knows?

stopped going to timmies after it was all skylines and hondas...quite awhile ago

I drove by the other day, and there were still some people that showed up. Still the same old rusted 240s there though:fullofwin:

I hope there's still some people meeting when I crawl out from under my rock for a while.

i still float around and am still building cars....for others mind you.

Some of us are still here just not as much as before. I stop by here and lurk around a fair bit.

Seems like no one sits on here for hours a day posting in island off-topic like the old days! Must be too busy with the facebooking and the tweeting.

I saw there was a reunion meet back in September, how did that go? Lots of old faces show up?

I lurk a bit. Nobody posts because the mods go crazy deleting any threads on this side that slow down at any point. Makes for a useless forum that way.

Lurking Vancouver side mostly... got back into a domestic though last year so I feel a bit shunned here :) Couldn't stay away from V8 Chevy power.

And you have anything cool to offer lol

just my project rb240, but i don't stand around revving my engine so you can hear my "5inch straight pipes".

When people start to:
1. race down blanchard right infront of timmies
2. light of fireworks constantly in the parking lot
3. do burnouts and donuts in the parking lot
4. stand around and rev
5. puff and pass then go drive around the block
6. stand around in segregated group and not associate with each other
7. when i get harassed by local PD as soon as i park
8. people start getting stomped
etc.
I decided it was not for me.

ya lol. The last time i was there just as i rolled up 2 juiced up looking nammer/flips were stomping some skinny white kid. The kid then got away and jumped into his 350, followed by some massive kicks that dented the rear quarters, and sped away.

Aww missed the wittiness of this place.
