| Why dont cops pull over more people for not signaling?
Is it because they are too busy driving around poking at their laptops to notice? Or because they know they dont signal themselves and feel guilty?
I see way more people not using their signals vs speeders.

I'd like to thank you, because on a bike, those same idiots are changing lanes without shoulder checking.
But the logical answer is that the popo will come off like dicks to issue tickets for a lane change without a signal. And their PR is bad enough as it is.

This is one of my biggest petpeeves! I can't stand morons who turn without or change lanes without signaling! I can honestly and truely say that i ALWAYS signal.

i'm sometimes guilty of changing lanes without signal if there's not many cars around..but i ALWAYS shoulder check to ensure there's a safety gap. Out of respect for all drivers I should be signaling everytime.
One of the biggest pet peeves is people pulling out of a lot/driveway onto the left lane without sufficient gap and accelerates slowly without moving over to the right..causing everyone behind to brake

First off I think cops pull people over too often for stupid things.
I have been pulled over on highway #1 by a cop because I didn't have my turn signal on long enough before I made the lane change. 
If someone makes a safe lane change and didn't use a signal, its a waste of time and money to pull them over. There are better and less harassing things cops could be doing.
If someone cuts it a little close during a lane change regardless if the turn signal was used or not I think that they should be pulled over and issued a ticket because those are the ones that cause accidents. just my .02

I hate people who dont signal! I will signal every time i turn i dont care if its 16th and granville middle of the day or a residential street at 1 am. And then theres people who think they can turn wherever they want ie across a solid yellow line, i almost nailed someone yesterday because they did that. And then theres cops who dont signal i see it all the friggin time, and then theres the other cops who dont feel like waiting at a light so they flip on there sirens. Really wish i could turn around and just start handing out tickets.

The worst is when people are driving in the left lane, no signalling no nothing, then come to a complete in the middle of the intersection, THEN signal to turn left.

I encounter lots of these fuckin faggots on a daily basis.
especially the faggots hogging up the left lane driving the speed limit or below it... it isn't winter anymore (good road conditions) so use the right lane, fuk.
