| FS: 2003 Honda Civic SIR EP3 w/Warranty!
Hello everyone, I have a 2003 Honda Civic SIR for sale. This is the hatchback model (EP3) with the k20a3. It does have high mileage on the body, but the major components (Engine, Transmission & Clutch) have been swapped with much newer ones, and the body is kept in very good condition as well. All work regarding the swap, transmission and clutch was done at Garage Five (ask Rob). This car drives very well, and it does not need anything mechanically aside from an alignment (it was off after the engine swap) Price $7200 Key Specs: - Engine with approximately 60k kms (Stock K20A3) 1 Month Warranty *engine only
- Newer Transmission (From Speedking) at 90k kms
- Brand new clutch (Exedy OEM replacement)
- New front brake rotors and pads
- Fresh Oil (Mobil 1)
- Fresh Transmission Oil (Honda MTF)
- New coolant
- Comes with brand new rear pads and rotors (Based on sale price)
- CLEAN title, not a rebuilt!

Notes: - There is a crack in the windshield, and it will need to be replaced.
- 356k on body (Surprised everyone who had seen it!)
- Paint chip on rear bumper (as seen in pictures)
- Rock chips on hood
- Scratches to some interior trimmings
- Missing Trunk mat
- Worn patch on driver's seat
