| Where to get skirts/lips painted
Got me some sideskirts and a OEM front lip that need to be painted red. Abit of prep on each and then the primer/base/clear. Anyone know a shop in the area that will work on smaller parts like this? Cash deal maybe?
Not looking to pay a fortune, but know good prep and paint takes time.

in honesty, a front lip + acouple side skirts will run you somewhere around the 4 to $500 mark for prep, prime, base + clear.
paints have gone up as most have switched to water based.
what kind of car is this going on? between langley and vancouver there are lots of shops that can cater to your requests. I suggest shopping for quotes and see which is best. For shops in Burnaby, try Starlite, Automind, lots more choices in Surrey and Richmond.
go for the smaller shops if you are looking to be on the budget. There's a whole flock of smaller shops in the GVRD area that can cater to your criterias.

Thanks for the responses, I wanted to see what other shops you guys knew about as I dont know much in the area. I only know 1 small shop in Whaley area that may do it cheap... Last I talked to him he said 200$ cash for a whole bumper but I have not called yet. I also know a guy in the Okanagan that'll do it cheap, owns a small shop and does cash deals.. He did a front lip and side spats for 170$ for me before and that was sanded/primed/painted..
I just didnt wanna wait till I got back there around easter to get em painted but maybe that is what I will end up doing.

how many "where do i paint..etc.... " threads have there been within the last few months, i swear i see one every week
if there already isn't, there should just be a sticky put up of all the shops with a good reputation, otherwise we're heading for "where can i paint my gas cap" threads
