You can use the casette player, oddly enough they bothered putting one in there.
What is an "itouch" anyways?
EDIT:
The adapter basically looks like this, it's an eyesore but easier than using an FM transmitter I guess. I've seen them at the dollar store so they are pretty cheap

Do you have a aux port??
If so you can get the "kensington liquidaux". Connects via AUX port and cig port for power.. Comes with a wireless remote that you can attach to your wheel. Works well just has wires running.. Either than that not much else you can choose from..

Replace your HU. Those adapters sound quality is poor.
Go to crutchfield.ca they even throw in the DIY mounting kit for free.

wtf is an itouch.
what the fuck are you touching?
Several things you can do
1. Casette Adapter (which actually sounds decent on the TL's sound system, you just need to find the "sweet spot" in terms of volume)
2. FM Transmitter
3. iSimple harness, which is a PITA to install

I had an accord and I had a similar setup, I had a ipod input unit with the ipod cable in the center console/arm rest area. And you can control it with your steering wheel controls for up/down song scrolling. Contact orgasm donor he installed mine for a pretty good price, contact him!
It hooks up to your CD button on your stock radio. If your cd mode button says CD/AUX chances are pretty good that you can run a PAC ipod unit. http://www.usaspec.com/categories.php?CategoryID=1 http://pac-audio.com/products.aspx
put in your car make/model/year and find something on those two sites.

Most of the car audio sponsors have access to those Pac Audio pieces. The cassette adaptors are poop! Fm transmitters are even worse.
Another option is to install a new deck where the audio controls are. We've done a custom install in that spot with a full anvigation/DVD unit and it turned out awesome. It gave our customer Navigation, Bluetooth, SD card, Ipod, flash drive, subwoofer control (if you want to add a sub), colour matching display, a great Equalizer and an awesome sounding deck to boot. He was even able to retain his steering wheel controls. I'm not gonna lie though, its not a simple $100 install.

i plan to have the car for another 6 months and need to hook up my ipod touch for the time being.
seems like the easiest way is a shitty fm adaptor.. devastated.
ah well, time to upgrade ride anyways.

i've tried the fm tramsmitter, it sucks..don't even bother. But i found a tape adapter and it's actually sound really good in my infinity. You just have to download the really good quality songs.
If you do decide on using the adapter, make sure you turn down the volumn half way on your ipod or you Itouch lol and control the volumn from your vehical

I use this in my TSX. Works great and retains steering wheel controls so I can change tracks on my iPod using the steering wheel controls. Easy to install and great sound quality.

We see it all the time and have wasted countless hours as a result.

We see it all the time and have wasted countless hours as a result. | Sorry, it's an 05 TSX. I thought the link would take you directly to the PA15-HON3 which shows the years that it's compatible for.
In case it doesn't show properly, here's the model/year it's compatible with:
TL (NON-NAV) 04 – 08
TL (NAV) 04 – 06
MDX (NON-NAV) 05 - 09
TSX (NON-NAV) 04 – 08
RDX (NON-NAV) 07 – 09
EDIT: Just googled an install for a USPSPEC (or I would gather any of the other iPod adapters) and it seems a bit more involved than the TSX install. If you want to read about it, check out this thread at Acurazine here. The TSX is much easier - just pull out the storage/coin tray, plug in adapter, tuck adapter in, and put tray back in.
