He Must Of Curbed It Hard..

Me and my buddy stopped at the Tim Hortons by the POCO Centre Mall today and found this in the parking lot.
At first we thought it was a hub cap... Nope..

kyoshiro 04-02-2011 08:47 AM

highly doubt he can change another tire on that rim too...

Presto 04-02-2011 09:10 AM

Time for aftermarket rims! OEMs are $$$.

shantz 04-02-2011 09:28 AM

if it sill holds air, it must still be safe...

- but seriously... WTF?

Energy 04-02-2011 10:07 AM

^ That's kind of sketchy. I'd expect it to fail really really soon.

Stealthy 04-02-2011 11:30 AM

Even if it does hold air now it's not worth the gamble of leaving it on for a long term

lowda9 04-02-2011 11:58 AM

Maybe this was the d bag in rx8 that I saw lane changing and cutting everyone off in heavy traffic with a hoodie over his head and shades while it was raining out on highway 1 just a couple days ago.

- kT 04-02-2011 12:31 PM

holy fucking shit
that's taking the word curbed to a whole new level

baggdis300 04-02-2011 12:49 PM

Please dont ever work on my car.

bcrdukes 04-02-2011 02:09 PM

It'll buff out.

jpark 04-02-2011 03:11 PM

"drifting" gone wrong

02'topaz 04-02-2011 04:19 PM

seems like pothole dmg to me...Why did everyone jump on the original curb bandwagon? Seems like drifting into the curb would have done alot more damage to the vehicle other than a smashed rim. Hard to say obviously, sucks regardless.

I cracked a rim in half when I hit roadwork worse than any pothole, yet didn't do nearly that much damaged, even with lower profile tires. That has to be from drifting into a curb.

+1. If you look a the wheel closely, lookes like Mr. Curb had a tasty alloy metal lunch. He chewed it up good.

But like I said, it WILL buff out. :lol

!Yaminashi 04-04-2011 01:13 PM

Holy hell, is that even safe?!

shenmecar 04-08-2011 08:42 AM

I doubt he even noticed.

Yeah, I would NEVER drive for any period of time with that wheel. It may hold air now but who knows down the line there could be a catastrophic failure which can cause a bigger accident. Then again, I've seen people go 120 on a mini-spare tire

Nlkko 04-08-2011 09:19 AM

Wow cheapo. He'll probably fck up his wheel bearing when that wheel give in.
