no that cap is not faded. it is brand new. Keskin doesn't make those black caps no more. i actually have two that colour and 3 black. i needed to order a plate for one wheel, because the cap and plate had been jacked. I sent the picture to pg performance so they knew what cap i needed and this is what came back.
