simple question here regarding employment situation

would you stay in your current work that pays $20 per hour but no benefits and the boss is always throwing temper tantrums randomly and cannot control his temper rage, or take a job offer that pays $15 per hour but boss is super nice and the job has medical & dental benefits?

Depends what you value your enjoyment/happiness at. If its worth the $5/hour to you to put up with it then stay.

I work my normal job about 3 days a week and I really don't enjoy it. But I also work an $8/Job once a week because it is fun and the people are great, its like a vacation from my regular job every week lol.

Benefits are super important, imo if you dread going to work because you hate your job, your boss is a dick, its super far etc, maybe its time to re-think your situation.

There's nothing worse than dreading going into work, especially if you're fulltime

$15 job with benefits.

My sanity is worth the giving up the $5/hour and no benefits.

+10

Also if your boss is throwing tantrums to the point of harassment, be sure to speak to the employment board and be appraised of your rights and options.

at the end of the day.....be happy at your job is the most important thing...because thats where you are a majority of your time and a bad job will wear on you...i've been there. I"m a student now making nothing and i'm much happier learning about things I love than when I was at my $25/hr job and was miserable all the time.
