robert herjavec (dragons den) - impressive car collection

Just caught the end of a Cribs episode and this guy in Toronto who's on Dragons Den has VERY good taste in cars. I was shocked, had no idea these guys were so loaded.....seems like a pretty cool guy too and its kinda funny watching rich guys talk about their exotics. Check it out.

LP640 roadster
Gallardo spyder
Phantom
RR Drophead
Panamera Turbo
Cayenne GTS
Merc SLS AMG
AM Vanquish
Bentley CGT vert
2 Escalades
BMW X5
Merc S-class

This vid doesn't show all of them but on the cribs episode he had an 8+ car garage with 4 lifts:drool

if he can spend millions on those cars, is a shame he can't fork out a few grand to organize his garage space.

Seems like a nice guy. Good for him.

Ohkun 04-11-2011 09:35 PM

wow... he love cars.. but he doesn't know shit about them

Eff-1 04-11-2011 10:09 PM

He recently invested in the HTT Plethore on an episode of dragon's den. Part of the deal was he gets delivery of the first one off the production line.

“soft top that folds into hard top” lol
:speechless:

good find anyways:)

Spectre_Cdn 04-11-2011 10:24 PM

Yay AM DB7 Vantage. Too bad there aren't any other exotics that aren't currently on the market in there. Plus he describes his cars like a salesman... not a car enthusiast. Not hating, but there isn't anything 'special' about his collection, it's just anything on the market that money can buy right now. Leno's collection on the other hand

s300ae 04-11-2011 10:25 PM

im glad hes a lambo guy not a ferrari :D

midnight_r 04-11-2011 10:29 PM

SC: yea Agreed! Leno is true auto collector; Id love to work for him just to see that
heli-jet-bike!!:)

Almost all business classes or persons interested in the category watch Dragons Den. They are loaded with cash to spend on a huge number of investments outside their own companies. My favourite is Brett Wilson on the show even though he's gone now.

Much rather see someone like this, then some flashy rapper.

Good for him

+1, he seems to be really down to earth considering all his accomplishments.

tubbs 04-11-2011 11:42 PM

now he can rap :)

StylinRed 04-12-2011 12:31 AM

Makes me think he's a bigger douche...

There was a Dragons Den episode where each 'dragon' would take the show into their homes show how they grew up etc

and Robert took the show back to his homeland to his uncles farm where he grew up... the place looks like it never got renovated since world war 1 and Roberts talking about how he loved it there with his uncle etc... well the thing is his uncle still lives there in the crap shack with his wife and kids and aside from the tile floor (which Robert made a point to point out) his family looks like they're in desperate need for a hand out

nice cars though

(ive actually become a fan of Kevin, under that Jerk persona he seems like a nice guy a nerdy one too)

From rags to riches. This guy came to Canada with $20 in his suitcase and no understanding of English. NUTS!!!

Alphamale 04-12-2011 02:05 AM

Pass. He lacks good taste. No classic cars of any vintage.

It's called "new money". New money likes to be flashy, but ends up being tacky. See RangeRover for more info.

he's got a nice lineup of cars, but theres no way he should be called a "collector"

if i bought all of the most expensive stamps on the market, does that make me a stamp collector?

taylor192 04-12-2011 08:55 AM

Robert used to compete in racing series - he may have flashy new cars, yet I wouldn't call him a poser since these cars get driven, hard, unlike some of the other owners of flashy cars.

I have his book, a definite good read.

van_driver 04-12-2011 09:08 AM
