What's trippy is watching both at the same time haha.

The fuck? Can't thank you.

I suddenly want to watch Gladiator now.

How does he make the camera move so slowly on some of those time lapses?
The background is moving so fast... so the person just leaves the camera filming the whole night...
But the camera still pans slowly, on fast forward speed. So in real time, the camera would have to be moved like 1cm every few hours or something??

if your looking for a great spot, theres one i go to quite a bit, grab a friend who has a 4x4, and go to stave lake, follow the main trail to the TOP of the mountain (bout 30-45min drive in 4x4/4xlow) and when you get to the top, theres a spot maybe big enough for 3-4 cars to park comfortably with a small firepit that others have made, and it over looks 3 of the lakes - stave lake, alouette lake and devils lake(i think thats what its called). but its as high up as you can go, the stars look HUGE and overall its a great place to go and lay in the back of the truck and stare into the sky (especially if you've gone up with a girl!)

The photos during take-off and landing are all computer models and totally rendered because I would never use an electronic device when the FAA prohibits them

You wanna crash a 747-400??

ak6 04-18-2011 10:08 PM

stunning videos

Boostslut 04-18-2011 11:24 PM

Look at the frames. There is no way those are computer rendered models of takeoff and landing.

If I could fail you a 100x I would....I used to work in the airline industry, a camera is not going to crash a plane.

The videos I posted make me feel very very small. Earth is like a grain of sand in grand scheme of the universe.
