Really? A privilege? Where the hell did I state that it was a right? I posted up a definition of a Forum and you read it as me stating rights and privileges. Man you really need to get off all fours and read the screen properly.

But you fully admitted you were kissing ass and didn't want anyone to bug you about it. You pretty much asked for someone to call you out on that.

If you know me, which you don't because , as I've said before, you're an idiot, You'd know that I'm not a fan of corporations... but I just don't see a reason to unjustly fuck them up either if they're not at fault.

Sue McDonalds... sue the stupid parents of the whores who hurt you, not the fucking restaurant that had nothing to do with it.

I said that they should get a fine from Cooperate. The big guys that supply the franchises with equipment etc. Nothing was really done until it was too late.

Also whats with the cursive post man? Did I burst your bubble? :lol

^Yeah, I admit I was kissing ass.. I'll suck their cocks too. So tasty..
Now then.. will there be anything else?

Also, don't feel too special now, you didn't burst anything. Every foolish post gets a vulgar and disgusted response from me. You're just one of the guys, no special in any way.

I guess taking it in the ass multiple times makes you special.

Yes. I used 7 words instead of trying to fully convey the exact meaning. Figured people would understand better that way. We're on the same side so no need to threatened me with the almighty banhammer.

I hope they get prosecuted accordingly. What's wrong with the employees just watching?

I wonder how this battle of the PC titans will shake out.

You have "Good Samaritan Law" confused with "Duty to Rescue" law.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Duty_to_rescue

Which, as you will read states: "In the common law of the United States and other anglosphere countries, there is no general duty to come to the rescue of another."

So no, the McDonalds employees had no legal obligation to come to the rescue of that wo/man.

GabAlmighty 04-25-2011 07:00 PM

And even then it's usually "without comprimising ones own safety" or something along those lines. Which, you can say anything isn't safe these days.

" Good Samaritan statutes in some states do require a person at the scene of an emergency to provide reasonable assistance to a person in need"

And the citation after that line links to ONE instance in Vermont...

A) Not the state that this ordeal took place
B) The penalty for not doing so is a WHOPPING $100 fine.

Sorry didn't read the whole thing.

But it is petty misdemeanor in Minnesota and a few other states have consider it as a adding duty-to-assist subdivisions to their good Samaritan statutes

but your right it doesn't apply to this case.
