Take it like a man and not a winy bitch.

It's a pyramid scheme dude. You buy their products, which then you have to sell. If you can't recruit people to work under you, you won't make as much money, that's how this bullshit works sometimes. I have a friend who's pretty much doing the same thing, but with Mon a Vie wine or something like that. He ended up quitting after 6 months. Btw, Razor Ramon HG is in the right to fail you; generally if you have to ask, its a scam.

And just a heads up, fail stalking is immature bullshit.

tru_blue 04-27-2011 04:34 PM

Usana is pretty well known in Vancouver actually. They even held a big presentation like 1 month ago. Alot of old members locally were getting people to join. i'm sure some people on here have joined before if not doing it now.

Great68 04-27-2011 04:39 PM

One of my aunts swears by this Usana shit. I swear that her and my uncle pop every pill in their catalogue.

I think it's a total pyramid scheme under the guise of selling vitamins.

She tried to get me, my mom & dad and all my other aunts and uncles to join as "dealers". The worst thing is that she didn't take "hell no" as an answer, and shit got bad between her and my other family for a while.

LOL welcome to like 08 fucking years ago

Tim Budong 04-27-2011 04:41 PM

I know people who have been selling USANA since the late 90s. A family friend was doing this and was making money. It took some work, but they were successful. How legit are their products, I'm not sure, but some ppl I know swear by it.

Its a pyramid scheme, but not so much a scam like WorldFinancialGroup or whatever they were called. I will say USANA is legit, but its not for everyone. Its like Velcro marketing and the Cutco knives almost

Razor Ramon HG 04-27-2011 06:13 PM

Was OP butt-hurt I failed him? :lol

EDIT: Oh shit, the OP and his buddy failed me. The end of the world is near!

TypeRNammer 04-27-2011 06:47 PM

How about Monavie? What's everyone's opinion on it? I'm aware of its Multi Level Marketing style, or Pyramid Scheme.

I know that some people swear by it.

As for Primerica, I hate those goofs who try to pitch their product to me and try getting me to join them.

124Y 04-27-2011 07:07 PM

I received a call from Vector Marketing a few days ago asking me for a interview. They claimed that a good friend of mine referred me.

it's sad your friends can be so 没脸皮 because of this shit.

Excuse the chinese.

Shades 04-27-2011 10:39 PM

I was ~scammed~ into it at one point by a family member. I was on their protien powder and ginko for a little bit. I stopped because their products are expensive. Also, the ginko that was suppose to help me concentrate when I study gave me headaches.

EmperorIS 04-28-2011 02:24 AM

lol these scam shit .. you can tell which one of your friends are idiots by seeing which one gets involved

another funny ass scam shit is world financial group

Mancini 04-28-2011 08:53 AM

I've actually taken their vitamins in the past. My friend was a distributor and got me to start taking them.

There's no scam here. You can take the supplements and not have to market or work for the company. They're actually the best vitamin supplements I've found, but expensive. Therefore, I haven't used them in many years.

That's what some people say about Amway/Quixtar too. Usually the people who justify the money they spend/spent on it. Supplements are supplements, as long as they've got the same medicinal ingredients they're all the same.

As a sidenote, I remember a friend of mine approached me about a decade ago wanting to partner up with me for "the only thing on the internet that makes money". I thought she wanted to start a porn site with me. Turns out it was a quixtar meeting. Dammit
