Waterproof camera choices?

Looking to buy a waterproof camera as a beater camera for trips to mexico/hawaii beaches and ski.

Budget is under $150, I dont mind buying used.

What are your experience and suggestion about models. Do not need fancy features as long as good image quality and 720p HD video recording.

The Fuji XP20 is a great camera, as is the Olympus TG-310 for around $200.

In the higher range, Panasonic TS3 is excellent and if you wait, the Olympus TG-810 will be out soon, but all they've added is GPS and a compass from the previous model.
