I've decided to move on from 240's and get something a little more comfortable. All trades considered, preferably something 30+mpg or a luxury sedan.
The car has:

-Nismo motor and trans mounts
-Isis short shifter
-KTS radiator
-walbro 255lph fuel pump
-front + rear strut tower bars
-Kei Office coilovers
-welded diff
-Defi link w/ boost gauge
-Apexi Rev/Speed meter
-Panasonic deck w/ Alpine speakers
-NRG hub and quick release
-Nardi suede dish wheel or NRG dish leather (your choice, but not both lol)
-Varrstoen 18x9 +15 wheels
-Kumho ecsta 225/40/18 ~50% tread
-new Odyssey dry cell battery(about 2 months old, cost $250- still have the receipt)
The car has 166 xxx km and the engine has ~120k km. It runs and drives beautifully, has full power options, just needs a couple things to be perfect. The engine has always taken 94 octane, and never saw more than 10psi. The chassis has no rust on the strut towers, rocker panels, frame rails, or spare tire well, just some very light surface rust on the rear subframe. The body and interior are in overall good condition, the front bumper in the pictures is from my old car and I just threw it on temporarily. I've got a straight bumper that just needs to be trimmed for the intercooler. I also replaced the tail lights with 180sx kouki tail lights. It doesn't have power steering right now, just waiting for a bracket so if you come take a look within the next week or so it won't have power steering lol.
