Changing Tires

Hey everyone.

I needed some help.

I basically bought a set of 4 tires from someone earlier as backup wheels for my car. I later realized the rim is lightly different, but the rubber on it is in great condition. I already checked the sizes and code and it matches my current tires rubber.

My current tires are pretty bad now and I am wondering if anyone knows of a cheap place, where I can get the rubber off the rims I bought and placed on the rims of my current car?

Basically wanting to swap rubber off 4 rims to the other 4 rims.

Thanks
