Funny i read this....I did the marathon yesterday so i made an appointment for an RMT thats located right by wear I live. Just got it done a couple of hours ago.

I had 3 RMT's done before...one after a marathon. Today's was the best in my opinion. The first time I had it done was by an a well rated mobile RMT with decent rates....that was after last year's marathon. The second one i did was at Harrison Hot Springs, however, i didn't need an RMT whatsoever.

Today, i did mine...it was the best one yet. Even though I am still sore, I went from extremely stiff and painful to very mobile and somewhat painful. This was only a 45 minute session too.

Lastly, it felt like I was her patient..whereas the other ones felt I was a client in their massage parlour/spa. So yes, this will be the place I will be going from now on after marathons and triathlons and stuff like that.

Located at Garden City Centre near the IGA.
