| Whats the better motor
Hey, question.
Im planning on rebuilding a motor for my 94 Integra.

What would be the better motor to get built and with performance parts

I'd say the B-series non- vtec unless you're going boosted with the D, but what do I know.
You'll probably get better technical answers at VCC http://www.vancouvercivics.com/forums/index.php |

Don't put a D-series in your Integra! B18 LS motors are built quite well and can handle boost in stock form. Then you'll also have the option for LS/VTEC later on down the road if you build the motor properly.

I definately wouldn't go with the SOHC Vtec. Why would you want less power/torque?
B18's would be a better platform to build off of. We have a turbo'd B18 integra at the shop right now. Pushing well over 300WHP.

DOHC is over-rated, a man should be able to please his woman with only one shaft.... wait what are we talking about? Oh right, I meant to say DOHC is better.
