Whats the better motor

Hey, question.

Im planning on rebuilding a motor for my 94 Integra.
I have 2 motors i can rebuild
What would be the better motor to get built and with performance parts
(Cam, Pistons, ect)

Single Cam VTek

Dual Cam Non VTek

Let me know what you think.

I'd say the B-series non-vtec unless you're going boosted with the D, but what do I know.

You'll probably get better technical answers at VCC

Don't put a D-series in your Integra! B18 LS motors are built quite well and can handle boost in stock form. Then you'll also have the option for LS/VTEC later on down the road if you build the motor properly.

I definately wouldn't go with the SOHC Vtec. Why would you want less power/torque?

B18's would be a better platform to build off of. We have a turbo'd B18 integra at the shop right now. Pushing well over 300WHP.

DOHC is over-rated, a man should be able to please his woman with only one shaft.... wait what are we talking about? Oh right, I meant to say DOHC is better.
