technically LsquareD reported a spam thread first but since he already has perks, the 2nd person to report was Eatman. Please give perks accordingly

This situation happened a while back someone reported a spammer but already had perks, i was 2nd to report and got nothing...

think of it this way, it's like lottery.

you report, you get a chance to be first, thus winning the free avatar perk, but if you don't report you have no free chance to get one aside from purchasing it through our CFO.
