Zex Nos Kit help 94 acura

Ok so i got a zex kit all hooked up, except for 1 wire. Its the white TPS wire that is to be connected to the output voltage lead from the throttle position sensor. Problem is I HAVE NO CLUE what wire that is, i know where they are and colors but not sure what one to connect to..

This is what my Haynes manual gives me

Green/Black, Red/Black, Yellow/Blue

Also im kinda sure but not positive thats its the red/black one but just looking for some confirmation and comforting :)

Thanks

Amateurs don't use nitrous oxide. I've seen the way you drive, you got a heavy foot, you'll blow yourself to pieces.

Make sure you don't use it too soon, junior.

Dont know what you guys got against nos, no different then doing any other mod to get more power.

wrongo, NOS is for n00bs, enjoy your pistons coming through your hood.

I have nothing against NOS, but it's not the same as any other mod to get power and that statement shows that you have a lot of learning to do. If I drop in a high profile cam I'm adding stress to the internals inside the head, but I don't care what the cam profile is it will never have the ability to launch my pistons out the engine block. Adding NOS puts extremely stress on your bottom end, like running high boost or installing extremely high compression pistons. Good luck, don't get a VI.

if ur pistons go thru ur hood u dont know how to tune for running nitrous or the limits...its not for noobs running less timing colder spark plugs etc.. puttin pistons thru hoods is for noobs.o and ..nos is a brand name he is using zex nitrous. nitrous =:wooha:

markrusell 05-18-2011 09:06 AM

it will not ever have the proficiency to launch my pistons out the motor block. Adding NOS places exceedingly tension on your base end, like running high increase or establishing exceedingly high compression pistons. Good luck, don't get a VI

Wow, thread overkill here. What you need to do my friend, is take a digital multimeter and poke each of the wires coming from the TPS while moving the throttle position with your hand (in the engine bay on the side of the throttle body, where the throttle cable hooks up). Most cars will have a 0-5 volt signal coming from one of the wires and if you've tapped the right wire, the voltage will fluctuate. Bingo, that's your wire.
