heard multiple stories about what happened. most have already been posted here, here's another (involves CL too)
apparently buyer met up with seller to buy an ipad. buyer paid seller money, left. seller tried to mug buyer to steal ipad back. buyer lost control of car

the ipad story is correct. he drove the car into the mall because he lost control when the buyer tried to rob him.

well it works both ways imo. not clear on the full story, but buyer mugging seller to get his money back, or seller mugging buyer to get product back (especially since it was an ipad) makes sense both ways

But, it sounds like your friend wasn't in the mall. He was simply outside the mall and the transaction took place inside his car?
I usually deal CL transactions outside Mcdix @ metro.
That's usually a good place. Or if we need to, we'll go inside Mcdix.
