Vancouver Veterinary Hospital is where I go. I haven't had any problems with them since I first came (October 2010). All their staff are super friendly and well educated.

It's not in Vancouver, but most vets are not that well-versed with small animals like rabbits, so I recommend Eagle Ridge Animal Hospital in Coquitlam. They see a lot of small animals and are knowledgeable about rabbits. You could also try Arbutus West Animal Clinic, but my first pick would be Eagle Ridge.
