of course eating anything in over abundance is bad for you, but the only thing that is useless to the average person is refined carbs and trans fat. Unless you are an intense athlete, it is pointless having refined/high perfent carb diets. I would chose saturated fats over refined carbs any day... Also, how salty do you people like your foods anyways? Salt is hidden in a lot of sweet snacks/drinks too, btw. That is why you should cook most of your own meals, as you know how much sodium is in it or if any MSG.
