first time playing any cod online today. i have most of the series but i always stuck to SP since i actually really enjoy the storylines.
holy hell it's so damn frustrating! i think i just need to get used to straining my eyes looking for people. i haven't played a fps since CS1.5 so this made me feel old.

seems like the majority of you who don't like cod mw3 is because you suck balls it :lol.

i played COD4.. skipped WAW and MW2... then played the shit out of Black Ops prestiging 6 times...

making that transition from Black Ops to MW3, i can say its apple and oranges... what worked for me in Black Ops, was loosing most of my gun fights in MW3..

it took me 5 hours of gameplay to adjust the faster pace game..... by slowing down my game, just be smart and cautious taking on those tight turns and blind spots..

you can sound whore in this game by simply using your tv speakers.. no need for fancy headsets..

but ya was surprise by the proximity chat of someone you just killed.. good touch

I'm surprised at how many stat whores there are in the BF3/MW3 rs threads

damn i find it hard to get a good avg k/d ratio in mw3. while in black ops i just straight owned :okay:

You gotta try it on a 60" HD TV. It was so easy to spot people from a distance, I couldn't believe how much easier compared to my 42" HD TV.

I'm OKAY at spotting on a 42", but in BF3 it's tricky to spot planes to start a dogfight. Super long range sniping is a bit of a pain though.

played a bit more today, still get rocked 90% of the time. started using the UMP, red dot, with kick. seems to do ok for running around.

I'm finally starting to consistently get a KDR over 1. I think I've figured out the maps and aiming sensitivity. :alonehappy:

after playing MW2, Black Ops, and MW3, i still find MW2 to be the most fun

maybe im not used to the maps in MW3, i just find them too dam big

i miss afghan, terminal, estate, highrise

on the MW3 vs BF3 thing, at the end of the say, entertainment > realism, i just wanna run around and kill mofos, i dont wanna sit around thinking of "strategies"

^for me i think MW was the best. crash, strike, backlot, over grown

wtf is up with elite i cant go premium or log in =| fuckin missed out on double xp because of it

with the premium feature, it'll take about 2 (i noticed 3) days to update. the red skull on your elite homepage will turn green. in game, you'll receive a green/silver elite title + a silver skull.

your double xp will start then + you'll notice cause when you've got your name selected in lobby, it'll say "XP" in gold just above your name. in your stats, it'll also show you a timer with a 2 hour (in game time) countdown.

man i cant log in i keep getting the error message and i havnt been able to get my premium account and the double xp expired yesterday so when i can finally sign up i wont get shit

Is online play that hard? I still suck pretty bad so I'm thinking it would be pointless for me to play online. I've only done about 45% of the campain so far.

i suggest using 10 - it helps with the 720 no scope triples from across the map. :troll:

7 is the way to go =] so you can turn on people easy and hear them rage after you kill them lol
