Spotted: Popos Box In Wrong Car

Spotted a few days ago, went something like this: popos waiting to ambush a taxi, as the taxi appears they proceed to box him in, draw their guns and enter the back seat to apprehend the suspect, but they fail because it was the wrong taxi. They fleed the scene right after (all within 30seconds)

actually, he doesnt, notice how the top right corner of the picture is clear of any rain drops. Evidently his wipers have done its deed to clean the windshield.

The OP just wanted to fuck with us and take a picture through the part of his windshield that the wipers cannot reach. A picture that does no justice even if it was a sunny day because the RAV4 and Jeep is doing a left turn and blocked the view.
