Good point. Then i guess they can stick it on the back of their car. When they get out just remove the N and place it inside until they drive again.

Interesting idea, trouble is, it's not an official N sign as required....

Well, you could do the same thing with a "real" N sign, I suppose

What if you used pieces of the official N sign?

Why not just bolt the official one on?

LOL. Since they're free I just carry like 3 in the car. Every time they get stolen I replace it. When I get to the last one I go back to ICBC and get more.

If someone wants it that badly, surely they've earned it by the time they get it off?

You'd think this would be common sense, but it appears to be beyond a lot of people, especially RS posters who ask about once a month how they can dispute a no-N/no-L ticket...

My friend puts her purse in her trunk and when she parks, goes to get her purse in the trunk and puts the N in the trunk. When she comes back, she goes to the trunk to put her purse away and then put the N back on. She's made it her routine so she doesn't have any issues about losing her N.

I was cool with replacing them before, but then they made them look like shit and i dont want to stick that on my car. I used to take it off my truck everytime, with my other car i hang it in the back window using suction cups

Well, you can always find something else that you need on you that you can put in the trunk...say, like your cell phone since you aren't supposed to use it while driving anyways.

i tuck it behind my license plate so no one can really see it and I usually back into spots, when I'm coming back I pull it out and drive away. That being said, I've already gotten 2 no N sign tickets lol. Both times I didn't even bother arguing, just said "thanks officer " like he'd just handed me my happy meal and went on my way ... should really go get my class 5.

Get it... LOL.. I hated my N sign never used it, since insurance was under my brother so It wouldnt show as a new driver.. Got only 1 ticket once and paid it... Now i dont have a "N" and laugh at those who have the choice to get rid of it but dont.. Peace of mind that people dont try dodging you becuase you have a N..
