McDonald's salads aren't bad, particularly their Caesar salad. It's quite low in carbs.

But really, most of what your eating is fresh veggies, so how is that bad? It's not like they grow fake plants.

Close to $4 after tax with coupon. You'll be paying over $7 without. They better have this 50% all the time cuz no one's gonna pay 7$ for that small tray of salad with some chicken pieces on it. Tried spicy thai and it's not that great either. Hardly call it healthy unless you eat without the sauce.

I ordered the Thai but got some combination of feta cheese with southwestern sauce. Totally screwed up my order lol but didn't notice till got home. No coupon either, just flashed my phone.

Personally I don't mind the salads. Get grilled, very light, if any, sauce.. And you got yourself an on the go meal.

Most of you guys who say that McDonald's is unhealthy simply don't know how to order food there. If you know how to compromise your orders, you can eat healthy at Mcdonald's too.

I agree. Nothing wrong with grilled chicken breast, no sauce, in a wrap with some veggies.

You can order water, diet pop, and skip on fries for ex.

You can pretty much eat healthy at any restataunt if need be, just need to modify orders for a bit

Buying regular price at McD except for the value menu is

The thing is if you don't like fresh, raw vegetables, you're probably not gonna like salad.

Try the vinaigrette. Even the ranch isn't bad. Pair it with an OJ.

Yes, and no. I only go to mcd when I'm out, hungry, and need something under $2-3 to fill me up. That's when il order a grilled snackwrap.
