So... 
Dry rub some ribs. 
Slather it down with BBQ sauce.
Cook the ribs as usual. Blowtorched it to broil the surface a bit. 
Removing the bones, 1 by 1. 
Look, it's a rib without bones that ISN'T a pre-processed patty. 
Take the rib juice/bbq sauce mixture, reduce then thicken further with cornstarch slurry. 
Sliced up some pickles and onions.

Too bad only in US.
When I was in the Maritimes this summer, they had McLobster. It was in season at the time. Wasn't worth the price IMHO, but was cool nonetheless.
