Finally my friend decided to send me the pair of Grape V (releasing in May) from RSTOR taobao. They seem to be real or at least b grade. Here's some pictures
The picture on the left are the old 2006 Grape V. 06 V = sz 10, taobao Grape V sz 10, fire red, sz 9.5    
Good (fire red) 
Imperfection (taobao) 
Overall I'm satisfy with the price, I'm going to get the 88 3s from taobao as well.

Bred4s are uncomfortable but i like the way they look. They aren't for Vancouver weather cause its always raining.

I would advise not to. Perhaps you may not care much, but that jumpman at the rear for the grape V is way off. Even B grades do not have this much imperfection. Unless of course the Grapes that come out in May have the same imperfections. I wouldn't be surprised anymore considering how shitty JB quality is since the last decade.
