TOKIKO GAS TWIN TUBE SHOCKS (coilover)
hey i was looking to lower my car and came across these...TOKIKO GAS TWIN TUBE SHOCKS WITH UNDERGROUND RACING SLEEVES (coilovers) --- never heard about them before.. wondering if you guys could give me some feedback...
r they used?
really depending on the price of it, i would much rather go for something brand new and well known...like koni
since labour aint cheap, may as well install sth that last for a while and you trust
uh tokico is a pretty well known brand
what u have here are 2 separate things combined into one to make a coilover
u have a: the oem style shocks which are made by tokicos and b: the coilover sleeves which are probably made by underground racing (or could be rebranded parts) which converts the oem style spring and shock combo into a height adjustable coilover.

looks like tokico blues with some cheap coilover sleeves. I'd stay away and save up for something better like kyb agx or tokico illuminas (white tokicos) at least. Koni yellows if you have the cash.
tokico blues are nothing more than OEM replacement and will probably blow after a couple of months on those sleeves, not to mention ride like shit

awsome..thanks for the feedback guys... i was just thinking because the guy is selling them used for $250.. which seems like a good indication that they are not the best...
