That sir it is, ( except its reduced to be alittle more grey *battleship grey* ) but i added hardener and another reducer which makes it alittle more durable and less likely to fade. Ive done a few jobs with same setup and it is great even 2-3-4 years down the road.

Also hence the super low cost to paint it. I think im around 100$ in materials total. compared to a couple 1000.
Heres a pic in the sun.. Some people under estimate the upsides of using rustoleum compared to new water born paints. The reason i chose rustoleum is because i planned on doing more work to the car and its super easy to respray / color match and is super durable and helps with rust inhibition and filling.
