Doesn't look like it's texting and driving, seems like driving under influence; alcohol.

The guy filming should have called the cops when he keeps constantly swerving. Could have killed someone.

MWR34 06-01-2011 03:30 AM

he did call police before he started filming.

FerrariEnzo 06-01-2011 05:46 AM

how do you know if he was texting and driving??

GG 06-01-2011 07:14 AM

OH SHIT, OMG, OMG, OMG , OMG

Spidey 06-01-2011 07:23 AM

looks like either falling asleep or drunk... but i doubt he was texting if he constantly was swerving like that... i thought the guy video taping was going to get into an accident at the end lol.. omGOMG OMGOMG

Holding a camera, filming while driving behind an intoxicated driver all over the road could be hazardous to your health as well...

1exotic 06-01-2011 11:08 AM

IT'S NOT... don't text and drive.

IT'S... don't drive when you are mentally fucked in brain.

RS doesn't like a snitch.

Applewood 06-02-2011 09:30 AM

Driving while looking through a camera isn't the best idea either

ilvtofu 06-02-2011 09:33 AM

I don't think the driver was sending a text, more like writing an essay...

jpark 06-02-2011 10:59 AM

^lol! procrastinating is not a good habit

a snitch? really? you need to rethink your priorities in life if you think calling the cops on that guy would be a 'snitch'. You see someone running around with a loaded gun while drunk, would you call the cops on him? A speeding car out of control is more dangerous than a loaded gun. Lets see somebody texting and driving hurt someone you love. Maybe then you'd wish someone had 'snitched' on him.

bloodmack 06-02-2011 12:23 PM

his first omg sounds so asian. oh mah gawd

This was posted in NSFW i wouldn't consider this a repost because not everyone goes to the NSFW section.

I personally agree with you. I've called someone in who was driving like this. In a case this bad it would be negligent not to call it in.

My comment stems from the recent thread where a BMW hit a lamppost and negligently left a serious danger on the road. Someone on the forum reported it and RS jumped all over him. RS doesn't like a snitch. That's been proven. Sadly.

orange7 06-02-2011 03:34 PM

so what is the story behind this?

was he high or drunk?

who knows.. but lets just start a thread/assume the driver was texting/and throw our opinions out at each other cause its the right thing to do.. :troll:

:wgaf:

optiblue 06-02-2011 05:05 PM

that is not texting. I used to text and drive and you wouldn't even be able to tell that I was doing it!
