You guys might want to change the location address. The meet will be in the large front parking lot at the main building at 7111 No.8 Road. The current address in the thread is for the public side building, and you definitely don't want to be in that one lol. Very dusty.

Address is the general address for Adesa's location.

There will be ppl there to guide traffic.

There will be a lot of vendors and sponsors this year. More and more groups are wanting to be a part of RS.

If your club is wanting to participate and park as a crew, pm me. Floor plan will not be made until the final week.

General address for the public auction building, sure, but the meet is being held at the main building side at 7111 No. 8. Just saying in case you're a stickler for accuracy.

Unless you're going to act like a douchebag on the road or your car is so dangerously modified that it puts others at a risk, then don't worry.

The police have always been welcome (and even asked) to attend our meets. We've had meets annually and had no problems, so why would this meet be any different? :)

the past 2 summer meets have been in richmond (night market parking lot) so i don't know why it's a big deal this year

Good on you guys to organize and assemble!

couple of notes:
-proudly display your club banners, flags and stickers to represent your crew
-there's lots of opportunity to take photos and video. A tip: don't take shots of single cars--everyone else will. Take photos and videos that won't be replicated. Heck, bring a step stool or a ladder.
-the more creative your presentation (of your car or club), the more attention you will have.
-respect the organizers and volunteers. We don't get paid and are doing it for the greater good
-don't do stupid crap like burnouts or street race before, during or after the meet. Google stanley cup riot and Revscene; basically, we will find you.
-there will be little children and pets at the meet. Be mindful of them, please.
-talk, socialize, and get to know the other clubs. Have fun.

i will be doing the floor plan this weekend.

pm your crew numbers if you havent already.

all sponsors, shops attending, please contact me asap to get prime spots.

we have a few change ups this year, instead of just having our regular weinie roast, variety is gonna be awesome! we may have a few food carts attending to keep the hungry crowd entertained.
