so Ive been reading and keeping up with this tread, and I hear alot about "clubs" or "crews"...
Is this summer meet for clubs and crews? Coz I'm solo and thought this was just a solo meet with a few clubs/crews..
Do I need to be in a club/crew to attend the meet?

A Suggestion to your floorplan Shoei,
you might have already thought of it
Last year we had people parking like side by side like so car after car after car in a boring straight on view Attachment 7465
Instead lets try angled, its much better for shots, angled view is more attractive as you getta see more of the car. Simple but effective way to make each car look 10x better! Attachment 7466
Thats what i think! more of a meet mood!

When RS meets in a public space, or at a location that has limited spacing, then we ask that people park efficiently. E.g. Spanish banks
However when we have abundant space, then we're typically more lenient; your individual car clubs can do what they want (at an angle, sideways, or basically any way to work with the "space" you have). From what I've seen, the veteran clubs like subarus, mazdas, civics and tegs are pretty good at organizing themselves when they arrive. We just show them their spot and they do their thing with minimal guidance.
p.s. about the license plate things.. just bring some cash. Products that support our free event are usually sold at summer meets. Plus they make great souvenirs that give you an instant 15HP
