The guy saying he has the house and car to himself means she has already been to his house previously and he has picked her up. You don't say that to someone over text that you haven't previously established a pattern with.

No guy would be sending msgs like that unless there was a reason to do so. I also wouldn't be proud about the fact that she got 3 texts while you were with her. How did you find out about the msgs? if she is telling and showing you it is because she wants to make you jealous and get a reaction.

Like others have said you are getting played or about to. If guys are waiting for her to be single then whatever she is telling them is leading them on.

I would consider to get rid of her if this behavior continues because your only solution at some point down the road will be to get in fights with her(verbal) and/or fights with these guys(physical/verbal). Then you have to think is taking it that far even worth it for a girl like this.
